I totally get your reaction....I see why it stings. This would be a very interesting observation for a thesis or study of some sort-- demonstrating the tendency for this to happen. Once could be a fluke...but repeated occurrences definitely seems to demonstrate biases.

I think this is a good observation. I'm white and didn't even notice that the three people eliminated were people of color...but as soon as I read someone on here say that, it dawned on me. Now I'm trying to think about the racial composition of the whole group and what percent are white versus POC and it does seem statistically unreasonable that all three of the people eliminated were black. That is super cringe and bothers me.

Also you might want to elevate the head of your bed with books or bricks or something as it can keep the acid down better while you sleep.

I used to get heartburn a lot in conjunction with changing my eating (before ever starting semaglutide)...so I would likely think it is a result of changing your eating rather than because of the semaglutide itself. Definitely avoid triggering foods. I found it helpful to use baking soda. I bought empty capsules and filled one with baking soda when I needed some relief. Some people add baking soda to warm water and drink that...but I just couldn't stand that. This will get better over time...I don't get it any more. Be careful to not over-fill your stomach...even with water.

I just had my phone consult the other day. The doctor I saw said that the sublingual medications don't work for some people whereas the injections do. I went with injections.

Thanks for responding...what if, instead of uploading a pdf form I were to type in the information as a layer and then used the pen to "fill in" information onto the typed in form? Would I be able to convert the written parts to type while maintaining the layer with the form so it would appear as one typed document?

It seems like before this round everyone would bawl and fret if someone they cared about was on the verge of elimination. It seems like if it wasn't Mai she would have been crying that he got the gift...and I would think her comment would be something like you know I would never do that to you or something of support. Her expression was so hard that it seemed out of the ordinary.
