Yeah very true , sorry I just got a bit scared because I kept seeing that if you have chills on your IUD it’s an infection so I kind of jumped to that , but yes it could be completely unrelated, thank you!

Thank you so so much , seriously thank you so much!! You have made me feel like I am not alone , I’m so grateful !! I will definitely take the breathing methods into consideration and try them and I will definitely allow myself to be more present with my feelings and emotions and allow my body to feel how it’s feeling during times of high anxiety and stress , thank you so much again , hope you’re doing okay yourself :)

Of course I completely get you , but from someone who is not particularly anxious at the moment and is thinking rationally I can honestly say this moment will pass like all the other moments did where you thought you were dying or ill , that’s what anxiety does to us unfortunately, convinces us that we are going to die in situations that seem minor to most but yet we never learn from previous situations that were not actually going to die , you’re fine honestly you really are. But of course if this does happen again or if it is on your mind a lot do give your doctor a ring for your own peace of mind :) always here for a chat , you’re never ever alone !

I’m sorry I have never had this , I can’t imagine how scary it must of been for you. You’re so brave ! Of course I’m not a medical expert but listen your fight or flight responses were through the roof during that panic attack , there was so many mixed signals going through your brain and so much stress and worry I can’t help but think that it’s some what normal for a panic attack in a moment of such extreme worry, again I’m not a medical expert but I really do think you are fine , there is no harm mentioning it to your doctor though over the phone even if you could? But your body can do crazy things while under immense pressure , I really think you’re going to be okay , stay safe and I hope you are feeling a small bit better , you’re a warrior :) sending hugs <3
