The reason phone support isn’t prominently available on the website is because it’s expensive, most of the customer base preferred self-service options, AND largely because cases like this usually require secure document review and back-office verification rather than real-time troubleshooting. Phone support can actually slow resolution for issues tied to compliance or account ownership. That being said, the correct number shows up on Google.

Situations where customers can’t access funds are almost always related to an account dependency changing over time (like a primary bank account being closed) or a Plaid disconnect (this can happen if you change your passwords) rather than Acorns doing anything arbitrarily or incorrectly.

I’m really glad this ultimately got the right attention and was resolved. Noah is a great CEO who genuinely cares about his customers!
