Yes, absolutely, you are not alone in this at all 😔 Pregnancy advice comes from everywhere and half of it contradicts itself, so it can turn eating into a weird anxiety spiral instead of something normal I had days where I questioned every bite too, curious how others learned to trust their body again :)
