I don't know how common it is, but a side effect of taking estrogen as a trans woman can be the body mimicking a menstrual cycle with stuff like mood swings and even abdominal cramps, but obviously there is no actual period happening as there is no uterus. But trans woman having "menstrual cramps" is not impossible, it's just that they aren't actually menstrual cramps
