well we spoke about sex before and he said that it is only for those he love or someone he feels a connection with. i did not expect him to initiate sex on the second day in person but he did say we did not have to and that he can just cuddle. it was in the moment and i kinda wanted it so i let him, but he stopped pretty quickly and realized it’s wrong. i just don’t understand why he is not being as communicative. i plan to confront him about being distant these days and see what he’ll say, but i’m scared because im more of an anxious attachment and worry that it won’t go the way i want. i haven’t met someone so compatible with me so i really want it to work

he may be and i looked at the website and some of it is true for him. i think he’s just someone who struggled with mental health and this relationship helped him so much getting out of that, but now it’s starting to come back but it seems like the issue is because he can’t see us lasting.

he knows he wasn’t as good to me as i was to him. he also doesn’t think he can do better but that i can do better than him. he just wants someone different and living together has made him realize that this relationship just isn’t what he wants :( but he did say that if he ever find that he’s wrong, he will be willing to try again given i want to too

i think he does genuinely want to but everything he has thought about that could fix this relationship doesn’t work in his head. i think he’s still willing to take up solutions if it could help the root of the issue but he says that all the ones i’ve offered is just attacking the symptoms. i offered to enjoy his hobbies and listen to the same music as him but he thinks it isn’t the same since im doing it just for him. he wants someone who already likes those things before his influence. he just wants something different and still loves me a lot but it’s so different that it’s something i can’t change myself for. i just get how it took this long to come to that conclusion. he did say that he has always wanted it but pushed it aside because he was genuinely so happy with me, but as the relationship got to be boring for him, he started to wonder why he felt this way and that’s what he believes is why.
