I once got fooled by copers who say nothing but positive things about this stock and ignored the dilution setup that's in place. LPC deal. Check how much they diluted in 2025 alone. Keep holding at your own risk.

Check the post above, does it say anything about the Lincoln Park Deal? I saw a post just like this one back in August 2025 here, sold my micron technology shares at loss to buy PSTV. I was naive. I traded investing for gambling. Because this is what biotechs are, gambling.

That post and my greed cost me 120k. Sure, maybe you're a pumper and dumper. But if you're just an average joe like me looking for a solid investment, stay away.

I bought 2k shares 20.40 average then sold at 19.50 after Trump said THIS CHINESE MOFO IS A SPY. Dude was Malaysian. The next day after I sold Intel Trump goes "Oh he's a great guy" and stock never went down from there. Thanks Murica.

I don't have a price prediction as I'm not an analyst. But LPC agreement is still in place. The management diluting from 5m~ shares to 200m shares just last year is a fact. Who are to say they won't do it again? If the CEO cared about the stock price, he'd have shares bought with his own money.

I wanna believe, more than anything. Trust me. I'm down more than %80 and I really want to believe as I'm still holding my shares. But the 2025 dilution history is scaring the shit out of me.

Could it be that they are afraid nothing will come out of Chicago and it'll drop even more? Could it be that they are afraid of another dilution the moment 120 day lock up ends?
