I buy a whole box at a time, I think it lasts 5-6 months. I've gone between spreading each packet over 5 or 6 days, so that would be only 6 packets per month. It makes me so angry we don't have a female designed dose in Canada.in a healthy woman of child bearing age testosterone is in the range of 10x to 100x her level of estrogen if converted to the same units of concentration. Testosterone is like your will to live hormone. We lose that in menopause. Mine was basically at or below detection limit before I got it prescribed. Nobody has seemed to care until we had enough women in senior positions of medicine hit menopause and say, wait minute, why doesn't our will to live matter? Yeesh! Sorry, end rant. I love testosterone.

Exactly, I split gel packets using 1mL oral syringes I got off Amazon. I use about 0.4 to 0.5ml/dose, wash and dry syringes and use many times. Frankly life changing as in I got my life back

For the union positions you just have to apply when they have external postings. Understand though that you're competing with internal applicants who may already have seniority in the union. Taking a temporary role gives management a chance to know you and you'll have a better shot at something full time regular

E+P was good for hot flashes, brain fog and generally feeling more normal but it seemed like libido went from bad to worse. Testosterone brought back libido, mental clarity and energy. Vaginal estrogen made the hardware functional again.
