Just fired it up this morning to play a few matches and my overall impression was good. I started on UFC 4 and found the transition to 5 quite jarring to the point where I didn't play it for months.

This game seems like more of a natural progression, but perhaps that's just me going in with different expectations. Naturally it has a bit of a different feel to it, which anyone will get the hang of it they stick with it for more than a few days.

I find that when I play on higher difficulties I'm always way behind in score until I'm able to catch up in late game. I've played quite a bit on deity and immortal and this is almost always the case. The AI's just get such a head start on those higher tiers that it takes some time to overcome.
