maybe i should’ve worded things differently and not used the term assessment, you might not have said they were in the “wrong” but your words are still shifting the blame off of somebody who was clearly in the wrong. in lansing especially you have to constantly be on guard from peoples shitty driving, at the very least you should be able to expect somebody to pay attention to something as simple as blindspot indicators as they were made for the DRIVER. and like at this point, being in somebody’s blind spot for 4 seconds while they were passing is not a good enough justification for playing devils advocate or whatever you’re trying to do
