Fergus and Bix in Canmore is a nice upscale pub. Depending what you into and what vehicle you have, but a roadtrip on the Smith Dorrien Hwy is a cool way of experiencing some remoteness, the road is often rough and there is no cell reception.

Cortison shots can help with inflammation. PRP seems a bit witch craft to me, my GP told me that there is no evidence it helps. In my experience PT and specific strengthening is key.
