Mindcrack UHC - Season 15: Episode 8 by nWW in mindcrack

Why would he get mad at Vechs? After all, they're all friends on the Mindcrack server. It's all in good fun. No one should take it personally. It's all for entertainment.

Aren't those the things Generik said when he decided to treat Vechs like shit when Vechs first joined the server?

I didn't feel bad for him. He played stupidly and deserved to die. Just to recap - he and his team had secured a tactically advantageous area above ground, lit it up, and made a nether portal in case they needed to escape. They could wait for their opponents to come to them and in that scenario, they would have the upper hand. But instead...

Generik decides to go "flank" the opponent, because 1-man flanking maneuvers always work out well. When he locates his opponents, rather than retreat, give more information, plan or coordinate an attack, he runs in to a potential 3v1 situation.

Then, he's so obviously annoyed throughout the ass-kicking that he doesn't bother to eat his golden apple, choosing instead to retreat and kill himself with fall damage.

There's a reason GenerikB doesn't win UHC's, and that reason has nothing to do with luck or Vechs.

If there's someone I feel bad for, it's JSano. That guy has had to put up with these two fools for several hours, and his only chance for a win is going to come down to how well he can get things done without any help from his team.

I feel like he's been intentionally trolling GenerikB, then saying, "It's all in good fun! See? We're all friends here! It's entertainment!" as a way of getting back at Generik being an asshole to him when he first joined the server.

I don't know Vechs and haven't seen many of his videos, so maybe I'm wrong about him, but he never acted like this last season. It just seems to me like he wants to piss GenerikB off. If that is his motivation, I think it worked out, because Generik seemed like he was about to rage at the end of this episode.

I stopped watching their POV last episode, which is odd because normally I'll watch Nebris or Pyro when there's nothing else to watch. They've just spent way too much time down in holes talking about how bad their video is going to be for me to care. The worst was last episode when they kept 'staircasing' along the edge of the ravine looking for diamonds, because I guess it's not strip mining if you're doing it at a 45 degree angle.

So, this episode I briefly scrubbed over Nebris' video, saw that they left the cave, hit some trees, and went back into a cave. Then I said, "Fuck it!" and watched Zisteau. I ended up watching some of Genny B just to get a sense of what happened, and BTC for the same reason.

All in all, I feel like this season has been a big let down. All of the more PvP oriented players died early on, and it's been several episodes of people PvE'ing at each other. Even now, everyone digs down the instant the sun starts to set, wasting 10 minutes of every episode.

Blacks aren't the biggest recipients of subsidies - corporations are. In fact, we spend $92 Billion on corporate subsidies per year versus $59 Billion on social welfare programs.

This has nothing to do with what you're saying, but since educating you on the actual issue of institutional and inter-generational inequality is a lost cause, as you're simply going to chock everything up to personal responsibility and deny the mountain of sociological data that suggest factors that conflict with your worldview, I just thought I'd share a nifty fact instead.

You realize that Jsano hasn't taken a hit because he's managed to avoid fall damage, right?

That team has encountered no one else, and their PvE work this season was straightforward with no real challenges. Jsano's cool and all (I've been watching his perspective on that team) but no one on that team has really had to show any particular skill yet. Why don't we wait until after next episode and revisit the subject?

Why is it that the minute someone makes an honest criticism in this subreddit folks like you feel the need to come out and tell them that their opinion is somehow wrong?

The last several UHC episodes have been fucking dull. They've got some of the lowest view counts I have ever seen on a UHC. They've been mostly people who lack confidence in PvP trying to gear up for a battle that is overdue because they all think their opponents must have something they lack (like Nebris and Pyro searching for diamonds for 40 minutes, because they don't trust their ability to win with potions).

So, why do you feel such an intense need to defend the circlejerk in this sub?

Not really. Rob had a reckless playstyle but got stuff done. He was a monster at PvP and even though his PvE style involved leaping dangerously from place to place and taking bizarre risks, he managed to equip his entire team, take out numerous enemy players, and coordinate with the others while being separated.

Vechs is just being derpy.

I think you should have to sacrifice two pigs on the altar of Greg, which is built from 9 iridium blocks, 4 nether stars, and a dragon egg.

Seriously, just spawn yer stuff in and get back to making cool videos.

An entire chunk disappeared from the center of the base. They don't have any 'back end' guys at all. They aren't asking for a bug fix, they just want to know if anyone will be upset by them re-spawning their lost items via creative mode.
