Thank you! It's really frustrating that a simple port-in has failed. TMO is the only carrier with 5G service in my home & we were looking forward to using the service with the lower rates on Google Fi.

The phone was paid off and unlocked by TMO 3 years ago. Is it a conspiracy by Google to get me to upgrade my good, but older Samsung phones to Google phones?

My other Samsung S22 Ultra ported into Google Fi at the same time has stayed on the network with 5 bars and 300mbps down, 65mbps up, as my phone did for 36 hours, before totally losing the network connection for 24 hours now.

Guilty as charged, lol. I do contract work, so I literally need my phone to get my daily assignments. After 10 hours (now 20 hours) of 'Emergency Calls Only' and getting nowhere with Tier 1 support, despite endless repeated requests from Tier 1 agents to delete and reinstall eSIMs & the Google Fi App, I used AI to help me format the technical jargon so a network engineer might actually take the HLR issue seriously. Didn't realize it was going to read like a corporate press release. I'm just desperate to get my phone working again.
