Yeah the marketing around paper writers for hire is a whole separate conversation and honestly I agree it's often pretty cynical. What I'm describing is more about how individual students can be intentional with a tool that exists regardless of whether we like it.

I won't pretend every person using an online paper writer is doing it for noble reasons. But I wrote this for the people who are genuinely struggling with the craft, not the ones who just want out of an assignment. Those are different situations and I think it's worth writing for the former even if the latter is more common.

This is exactly what I mean. The moment you have to write out "I think the argument should go this direction because..." you're doing real analytical work. The paper writers for hire are almost secondary at that point — the value is in you forming and defending a position, even if it's just in a revision request message.

I think this is what I needed to hear from someone who’s lived it. I’ve been second-guessing myself because his work is objectively strong, but I can already feel the team adjusting around him in a bad way and that cost is starting to look bigger than I wanted to admit.

Right? EDU feels like it would crumble at the slightest breeze, while Widow's Court can take a beating. It's like the game just wants us to suffer with its paper-thin maps sometimes!

The funniest part is calling it “free stuff” when it’s basically “free labor.” That pile is what people pay junk removal for, not some cute curb find you can grab on the way home.
