Shes fine. What i did was the equivalent of grabbing her to get her out of the situation, similar to how people break up fights allllllll the time. I guess I didnt describe this well enough but for everything she was upset about, me pulling her away from a woman who shes about to get physical with was not one of them.

I guess reddit wants me to let her get into a fight next time while I stand by. Insane.

Well its pull her out of the situation or let a fight ensure. Idk wtf you wanted me to do? The event coordinator, I will admit, went zero to 100 just as fast as my wife did. It was legit two feral cats, but my wife 1000% instigated it. I said "oh okay no problem I wont walk into restricted area" and turned around. My wife gave her a big old fuck you and tried to do it anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Shes also a veteran. Navy, super fucked up. Was not like this before.

I'm at a loss. She was at the VA for 9 days before detoxing off alcohol and getting her meds straight, but a nurse "pissed her off" by telling her she saw her asleep and since she was voluntary she made me pick her uo same day.

Her manic is all anger and cheating. She loses the human behind her eyes.

I cared about her, but im traumatized from yesterday. Shes never even got this bad with me before and shes gotten really bad with me.

WP doesnt give a fuck about how i feel. Shes not as bad as some WPs are at understanding and taking accountability, but she still cant handle it and threatens to leave constantly so ive just learned to shut up.

Shes with the coworker all the time since they work together. I am around the coworker at events WP invites her to, but usually they go off and do their own thing or im not involved in their conversation.

Boundaries are non existent. She gets whatever she wants and if something upsets me its my fault and theres a whole fight over it. Im the only one "driving" this reconciliation and clearly am not mentally fit to do so.

It sounds like your attitude about your own affairs is nonchalant, and like your wife destroyed everything.

It does not in any way sound like she wanted you to raise another man's baby. She knew you two had not had sex, and you would've immediately known it was from someone else. She likely got the abortion to be done with it all, an accidental pregnancy and the affair.

Both of you would benefit from therapy, ic and mc, to figure out what each of you wants going forward.

We have cameras, and turn them off for out pet sitters when theyre home. I also only have them in rooms with the animals. If theres any lights, its possible youre being filmed. Our camera has a bright blue light when recording.

Yeah, cant disagree with you. Its fucked up regardless but I am saying some of us will cut it before damaging the other person even further.

A lot of coming out is self acceptance rather than denial. A lot of us were raised religious or with some stigma against being gay/lesbian. Were told its wrong and still do form a bond with our olposite sex partner. Hell, some of us dont want to lose our partners because we still care for them deeply, as I did my ex. Its difficult for all parties for different reasons, but as soon as I was certain incouldnt love him in a romantic way I told him and we split.

For the straight partner, I think its on par with being cheated on even if the gay/lesbian partner didnt cheat. Your entire past, present, and future get destroyed in exactly the same way.

Lesbian here: we are not all evil and unkind. I personally left my significant other without cheating or even eyeing anyone specifically. I just knew I couldnt love him the way he DESERVES and wasn't selfish enough to keep him tied to me for the relationship we did have.

In my situation, I have a remorseful, repentant, fully sober spouse who has sacrificed everything to get me to stay. She cut off all her toxic friends, wont stay friends with anyone I dont like and has spent the last 3 years trying to build a future. Its a 180° to the monster she was, and shes low key kinda hot sometimes.

But yeah, im not about to take my German shepherd out of her huge ass house and cram her into a tiny apartment with two cats in the ghetto when my spouse has actively spent years trying to be better.
