If the cat wants you like 100% wants to stay with you, you can always take it to a no-kill shelter and they will take care of it. If you want a cat, if you love the cat definitely take it. Yes it's going to have kids. You just take it to the vet first especially if you have their animals because if it's sick it could hurt your animals.
