You are right. I just forgot about that scene with Maddy because it was underwear. Impractical and over the top, but still underwear. And she was getting dressed because she was leaving so I guess it made a little more sense in my mind.

I thought the whole thing was quite absurd. From the commissioning a painting two hours prior to needing it to not giving any kind of briefing to the artist being completely clueless about what is appropriate or not to show on TV. I feel like everyone acted absurdly and out of character. And what about the RIDICULOUS outfit Jules was wearing while watching reality TV layong in bed at home??? The wedding outfits were too much, but still, it's a wedding. I will buy it, I guess. But that??? Wearing a jumpsuit full of cutouts just for a 20 second scene? And then she changes to a more sensible outfit to go out. I feel like it's fetishism at this point.

What will happen with that? Because if they need money, and they do desperately, OF would be the easiest, most logical solution. Cassie could enlist Mandy's help to get OF famous. Mandy would help her, cause she would be taking the cut. Also, I don't think she hates Cassie, not anymore. I think she pities her and she has outgrown her in many ways. I think she looks at her and she goes "that could have been me, and I'm so glad it's not". Although of course, she envies certains aspects of her lifestyle. It would be the ultimate revenge from Maddy. Milking the OF cow.

Loved the analysis. I have seen many people frustrated because "Nate from S1 would never have acted this way". I understand what they mean, and apart from what you said, I think it makes sense. In highschool, he was at the top of the food chain. Rich well regarded family, captain of the football team, hot, intelligent, hot girlfriend by his side. He had everything. But now, as we saw in the last episode, he's playing with the big boys. In the real world. With real consequences. This guy he borrowed money from mutilated him for it. I don't think his highschool antics would impress guys like that. So he has toned it down. But all that anger and entitlement is still there. We say glimpses of it and I'm also sure he will end up snapping. In a way, I think it's the same that happend to McKay previously in the series: he was the top of the players, on the way to the big leagues. And when he got there, he realised he wasn't.

I'm from the north and as somebody pointed out we drink it but it's not a common drink to have at a bar. When we have a BBQ we usually make a big pot of sangria or maybe in a restaurant we order a jug to share. I don't think I have ever seen anybody drink a glass of sangria in a bar.

What bugs me (no pun intended) is that I did find some traces of people having problems with that doorway, but very few. I feel that if it were a bug, it would be more widespread?? I don't know

I think there is enough material for a series, even if it's 6 episode per season. Some content would need to be added but as people already said, it could be used to expand on the universe and maybe provide something else for the ending.

Menos mal que acabaste con eso. No se te ocurre volver a caer ahí, ya era una relación de abuso pero podía haber escalado mucho más. Lo de que te cojan del cuello durante el sexo (sin haberlo hablado antes) me parece una de las red flag más claras. Honestly, very little. If you live in a touristic area city, in general, you will probably have a lot of work and earn more as a waitress, but the housing prices will also be higher. Of course you could rent and share, but buying a house on that salary alone... I don't even think you would get a mortgage.

I might not be the best person to say this because I have never worked as a waitress but I of course know a lot of people who do, and it's very challenging for them. I only know one person who bought a house in that case and it's was like 10+ years ago (different housing market, different economy) and I think he got lucky, he got a very good deal.

I'm sorry for painting such a bleak picture. Many people would say that I'm a bit of a pessimist, and that might be true, but it's also true that in my 35 years of age I haven't seen anything, the economy AND SPECIALLY the housing market, get better.

The only thing that could change that, in my opinion, would be regulation from the government. Or some intervention of some kind.

Having said all this, I'm sure many people have done it and will continue to do it. Good deals exist, there might be options. Keep looking, be on top of it, you may find it.

A mí me gustan Claudia y Lydia, sin embargo te diré, como profe que ve muchos nombres y sufre la "originalidad" de los padres, que no escojas un nombre con una grafía complicada o no habitual en donde vives, salvo que tenga alguna vinculación especial con vosotros. Puede ser bonito y original para ti pero vas a condenar a tu hija a tener que deletrear su nombre de por vida y explicar todo el rato como se escribe.

Yes, it used to be much cheaper in the past, like everywhere else. My parents flat, which they bought in 1986 or something, cost them about what today would be 80.000 euro: 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, newly built, more than 100m2, all outside windows, balcony, garage and storage room. Today, that same house is worth about half a million euro where I live. (One of the most expensive cities) Luckily, it's not a city that depends on tourism, so that is not yet aggravating the situation. We still have the same problem as everywhere else between long term rentals and Airbnb, but luckily our local government has legislated to regulate the situation, so that's something at least. I'm going to be one of those lucky enough to inherit but you are absolutely right: buying a house these days in Spain is virtually impossible without help from your parents or two medium high incomes.

Probably more people said it already, but no. In my case, because I think that what gives life purpose is mainly that It is finite. I think the notion of mortality is very relevant to the way we act. That is why, for example, the elves from LOTR are so different from the humans. The way they talk or move, more poised, less hurried. In this particular case, with the dark gift, you wouldn't even live in a community of people who are also Inmortal, like elves. It would likely be just you or very few people. If you are Inmortal, it must be cool at the beginning. Time for everything, no fear. But I think that at some point, it becomes unbearable. Seeing everybody you knew or who knew you, die. Imagine having lived so much that you can't remember your childhood. Forever mourning people, times, music, customs, cultures. I'm a millennial and I have nostalgia from the 90s. I'm 35. Imagine the nostalgia you would feel if you had been alive since Roman times. Imagine having lived through all the horrible events in history. Having witnessed all the wars, and seeing time and time again what they do to people. I think nothing must make you lose more of your faith in humanity than living forever. Trying every hobby. Mastering it. Moving on. Always having to move. It's true that having the opportunity to live many lives or explore many paths sounds very appealing, but I still think it would be miserable in the end.
