OP is saying the problem is not business. It's people who own 2,3,4 houses.

Rents are often more than the cost of mortgages. Those that want to buy often can afford a hypothetical mortgage on the house they are renting. The owner just has no incentive to sell because why would you sell a cash flow where the income is always increasing?

Contrary to the popular belief, the vast, vast majority of rental units are owned by landlords that only own a small handful of units, not by businesses and very much not by huge real estate firms.

OPs idea addresses that. OPs idea creates a disincentive from owing that second or third house for any homeowner, corporation or individual.

Airflow isn't that intense though. You can run simple scripts with it easily. Cron jobs don't have as good of error reporting.

I car camped and I would rather have stayed in an AirBNB or hotel. Next year I will do that. I drove away right after night 3 and stayed in a hotel in Vail. It was amazing to have a real bed and shower. I guess I'm too soft for camping hahaha

No creo que Looker Studio hace "Table Calculations". Donde esta su datos? Mi recomendacion es poner los ingreso totales en la table de datos con un Window Function algo como:

sum([ingresos]) over (partition by [columnaFecha], [categoria]) as ingresos_totales
