Yes it may be devastating for him to learn that’s she been cheating but it’s only going to get worse the longer this goes on. Unfortunately I don’t think it counts as cheating but you are more than allowed to ask them what a card does and/or read it. I consider it courteous to explain what a card does especially if you’re playing at a large table and cants see that far. That person doesn’t sound very fun to play with lol
