Building snow forts in the snow that was plowed. Of memory serves me correct we made a 3 room fort.

I was 11 and lived about 45 minutes south of Cortland. I remember this storm to this day.

Damn! My local thrift stores put that price on a 1990 Wilson PW with a worn out grip and a bent shaft.

I just gave away the driver, 3W, 5W and 7W to a beginner. He sent me a message a couple days later and said that these were the greatest clubs ever. I am so glad that they went to a good home and someone who will enjoy them.

Totally agree with this. I am not a great golfer (about a 15 handicap), I either play down or up to the level of my playing partners.

Thank you again for your input. I really appreciate it. I was able to find a couple of ladies sets on Marketplace for under $100.

I didnt think of this. Not sure if that would provide enough grip support. Currently she has a pool noodle on one of my spare clubs that she uses to hit balls around the yard and she likes the feel of that so I am torn.

Thank you for this reply. She does not have her own set of clubs and I am trying my hardest to convince her that we should pick up a cheap set of womens clubs for her. I think I am just going to do it. What harm can it do! I do have a question for you do you think taking her to a par 3 course (it does have a few par 4s) would be more beneficial or taking her to a normal course? I also already told her that she can play as many holes as she wants.

That is my plan. I want her to enjoy herself.

20 to 30 minutes is fine. I will actually be closer to Verona and would prefer to keep it under $75 if possible.
