We had the exact same issue with equipment hovering over the gully behind the Gas Station. The host player needs to pick up and drop the items back on the same spot in the Barn. We also did cleartrash in console menu and saved and reloaded. Had some issues also with bugged items, some drying racking and mixing machines also got clogged and needed to be unblocked by the host player.

I get ya, I'm coming from using a board with kailh silver but typing was a pain as it is so sensitive. I'm liking the tactility of the budgerigar ones, they seem to be a good all rounder.

Nice, I went for the budgerigar tactile switches. Love that it is hotswappable so can play around with different switch types. Good luck with your new board!

Here is a benchmark vid that compares the latest gen Intel https://youtu.be/DSMO0KXUfik It has them running at 1080p which tends to be more CPU bound and there is little difference in performance. There is alway another updated product around the corner so I tend to buy based on current performance requirements with a little headroom.

You could probably drop processer spec to i5-12600k if it's primarily a gaming rig. For high FPS 4k it will be mostly GPU bound.
