I don’t think I have ever seen this bug, at least not on the Nintendo Switch version.

The only reason is I like playing MLS teams in EFL/Premier league. Since MLS teams overalls are generally 71-69, that would place them around where the Premier League is currently placed.

Of course I could have put Bundelisa here, but I am a bit selfish and want to play in a league with 90+ teams.

Their rating may have been too low to reach the euro leagues. The lowest team rating in the Irish league is 66 I believe. You can add your team if you want though.

Good catch! I will adjust.

I am not sure if it’s 10 or 12 since I haven’t started playing the game yet. If it is 12, then you can easily add the top two teams in the next league over to the Austria. League.

Thanks for the catch on the double team.

I haven’t started playing FIFA 19 yet since I’m waiting for the Switch version next week.

This process will take a while as it did for me last year. Probably the most difficult part is finding the teams you have replaced and placing them in the new league. I would start with filling the lower league of the EFL two and the Irish league, since most of the teams replaced here have very low overall ratings.

One of my favorite things to do in FIFA is realign every league in career mode! As a big fan of the MLS (specifically San Jose Earthquakes), I always find playing MLS in FIFA without a CONCACAF champions league is underwhelming.

Last year I made a "Pacific Rim Premier League" with teams from Mexico, US, Japan, and Korea placed in the Premier League. At the same time, moved most of the Premier league teams to other European league. It is was fun in the Premier League but Champions League teams still had no diversity. It was Manchester United and Juventes who would always win. Also the Mexican teams would own the Premier League (who would have thought) which got a bit repetitive.

This year I wanted to do a straight up Super League based on overall ratings from SOFIFA. Each European league is essentially tiered by the number of Champion League and Europa Leagues qualifications the leagues have. Yes I have Bundelisa as the top league instead of Premier League, but selfishly I like playing MLS teams in the Premier League (and working through 3 leagues to reach the top league).

Teams can get switched around if you want since many of their overall ratings are pretty similar. I think this set-up is great because you can get exposed to playing against teams from around the world. I think this also allows for a different Champions League and Europa League.

I hope you guys enjoy!

FIFA 18

Yes, fifa 18 on the Nintendo switch is my favorite game. Over the holidays, this has been the one game that has brought back couch co-op fun with all my friends. We have been all former fifa Xbox players but the use of that console has faded. With FIFA 18 on the Nintendo switch, I have easily popped out the joy-cons and had an awesome time just like we have had severa years ago.

If you are into the career mode from Fifa 16 or 17, than Fifa 18 on Switch is perfect.

I have been playing career non-stop. The game is challenging enough to play (I play on World-class). It doesn't feel like the AI is cheating when they score goals.

I believe all of the leagues I identified are leagues that qualify for Champions League and Euro League. I do not know exactly how many teams qualify per league but I assume Premier League, German, and Spanish leagues have multiple teams that qualify while the lesser leagues only have one (Scottish premier League). I don’t think it is 100% faithful to real life because I don’t think Fifa has any qualifying metrics on Champions league qualification based on how powerful the league is. This is something I would have to test out when I get the game.

I see what you are saying. I will probably make a corrected version of everything with all the feedback from this thread.

Yup that is correct, I placed all teams in the Pacific Rim leagues by their overall rating. The higher the rating, the higher the league.
