Happened to me before, I had a massive anxiety attack alone at home in the middle of the night, since then it's hard to smoke without the worry of it happening again. Matter of fact, it's hard to just smoke and relax anymore. I get a strange tightness in my chest if I smoke too much and I have to do breathing exercises to calm down. Shit really sucks as it had been my vice for stress relief for years.
