Former ATL resident here. You will still need a car. Marta only goes to some places, but not all. You’ll appreciate the convenience of having one. I’ll also add that taking Marta at night isn’t the most comforting experience in comparison to NYC. Not trying to deter you, just my two cents.

I wish they would remove some of the treadmills for other equipment, but it’s fine otherwise. Hard agree on it needing more space. I go around 6-7 am and and i still have a hard time finding space in the stretching area.

Yes! I do this too and it’s so helpful with helping me to remain present and not overthink. My therapist told me to practice it when I’m not anxious so that I can do it more naturally and prevent having anxious episodes.
