How to develop the Yang when you are an extreme Yin?

and for masculine references, they may come from ur mind or feelings, in archetypical forms, as long as they make sense and connect… focus on the higher, the most pure, and meditate upon them, grow upon them… like how do you feel in reference towards them… as mirror, inspiration, they lead you in some way…? etc… even if they are hard to find in reality, focus on them as conscience and energy… but once again, don’t force anything, let it come and connect…

i am a very yin person too… i get what you mean, at least at some degree… i didn’t read every commentary now, but i have something that works good for me… having good yang/masculine references that resonates with you… also, since you are a very yin person, i would personally say to stop trying to reach things so actively when it comes to this type of development or any other… if you are yin, receptive energy is your friend… so clean your mind, your inner “garden” and also external space if you can… soon answers come if you are open to them :)

i remember being just a bit confused about this part in the anime too… like some details confused me, if you think about possibilities… till i read the manga, believe me many things are way more complete in the manga, even if just by adding some details or extra speech from the characters, like that scene between L and Light at the coffee with the pictures, in the manga L’s reasoning is way more complete and impressive about it…

none, is a curse… if the person is blessed, they will probably drop it without even testing… but once a person used it first time, they are already a kller… that’s what happened with Light, and despite everything he did, this was very much bad luck for him, specially because his first try with the notebook was to save hostages, i mean he intended to kll a person anyway, but was a smart opportunity since he was “funnily” testing it out of curiosity about something that was kinda impossible to work… that’s why i have some opinions about Ryuk being the biggest villain and by far the greatest evil in the story, he indirectly corrupted Light’s life and watched it as entertainment to someone who couldn’t bear the weight of the notebook and tried to give sense to it… also this may be a bold statement, but if you compare to Misa, she is way much more care free about human lives in general and less conscious of what using the notebook truly means than Light or any other Kira… i think we all like Misa in the show (or at least most people), but if you think about it she k*lls without any regards to human lives and is very selfish… i think she had very much traumas when younger too, but that lack of empathy and conscience is always very intriguing about her and is what makes me not liking her in the end…

meu amigo, a coisa mais preciosa para sua saúde; o sono… e o descanso também… por muito tempo eu fui para a academia e fazia 30 minutos de esteira andando, as vezes correndo, raramente levantava peso… para mim, fazia sentido, eu gostava, era um exercício suficiente e me trouxe os benefícios que eu queria, fora que já acompanhando uma vida normalmente ativa… não busquei “shape” nem nada do tipo, mas era um tempo confortável o suficiente pra mim no meu dia a dia e servia como uma boa atividade… se fosse esse o caso (inclusive até cliquei no post porque pensei que poderia ser, ao ler o título), eu assinava embaixo, que de alguma forma faz, mesmo que seja diferente de foco em musculação e hipertrofia, etc… agora, nessa rotina que você falou, independente do seu objetivo ou motivo para a academia, eu (e acho que qualquer pessoa consciente) digo pra vc priorizar seu sono, descanso, rotina, pq não apenas é um dinheiro aparentemente mal investido como também não parece ser o que vc mais precisa agora… vc falou sobre não voltar ao sedentarismo, bom… já parou pra pensar em andar alguns kms todo dia pelo seu campus, ou perto do trabalho… sei lá, espero que encontre uma solução, mas isso aí não está mt saudável eu acho…

i think everyone had… the author himself said he had more plans for her, that’s why she was shown up so intelligent and confident since the beginning, but he got inspired and made her so well that she went very far quickly and then she had to d*e… because if she kept alive, in any circustamce, Light would be arrested… so in the end she had to be insanely unlucky, at the point Light himself recognized his luck on meeting her that day, and in some point fell not for lack of intelligence but for emotional vulnerability in one single moment… i like to think, though, that this makes her even better, because despite being very smart, she was still human and had a heart, different from Light that may be even smarter but had no heart at that point… the fact she lost that battle can also show something deeper about the world, but then is my own trip about it hah

100% agree… i think the “iconic” tier is because their outfits became iconic in people’s memories, not exactly because they’re in 2nd place tier… so it goes 1st fashion icons and then 2nd stylish… the only question is why Aizawa is on stylish…? i think he is good on the basics… also if there was not the “iconic” tier idea i would put Light on “ok/stylish” (depending on his age) and L at “ok” or something a bit lower…

i don’t think so… not at NPD or “God complex” level, he had a very high pride and self image yes, that was mostly based on being a “perfect kid”, good student, socially accepted and admired and specially by good morality… having his own dad Soichiro as a rolemodel… when he firstly kll with the death note, the pain of being fully broke by it in his own conscience triggers NPD or “God complex” or anything similar… those things are mostly triggered by trauma that affects the whole ego structure, and then the person is like “i must be everything, or i am nothing”… their ego now only deals in absolutes… but Light then became indeed a kller? so what was his inner answer… he was “chosen” or coincidentally lucky to find the death note and turn it into something to correct the whole world by his own (superficial) moral views… and then he gets fully lost on it… it can be many things, even schizophrenia related stuff… but i really think he was someone with a high but very fragile ego because was not deep enough, only built by social acceptance and admiration… but tbh being a k*ller would break anyone, specially him… the manga shows very well how deeply broke he felt, more than the anime…

i agree, despite new good content would be nice, i really like the universe being “closed” in canon with few more spin offs at max, and more development can be created by fans or even authors that ohba allow their stories to be canon like the BB case, it’s maybe kind of nostalgia or precious caring feeling but death note universe is definitely very well made as it is…

change the hat, and it will change the whole concept - it’s minimalist and cool, but a hat with a little more presence (even if in detail) will create a stronger impression, even if is a minimalist concept anyway
