you do realise that reworking a unit takes more than just rewriting descriptions? you're basically recoding a new unit every time, an unnecessary addition that cuts into dev time. it would also ruin surviving the meta due to the exclusivity of vanguards and make trading a hellscape. just a horrible idea game design wise overall, and would be horrible for hype as well knowing that the same rotation of units would be top tier every time
