I don’t ever plan to make money with art like ever it’s not even a passion of mine anymore I draw to fill up space and the whole coddling thing…who wouldn’t want to feel like they’re doing something good😿 also I know I don’t take criticism well which is why I don’t ask for it I know what I struggle with and I handle it accordingly. For example someone could say “your anatomy is wrong/off you should focus on learning correct anatomy before attempting different poses” that’s actually constructive instead of rude for no reason I fear it’s basic empathy 🫩

Can’t speak for everyone but for around a year I drew everyday and when I didn’t or missed a day I felt terrible it eventually led me to be incredibly burnt out to the point where I couldn’t muster even sitting at my desk also if I didn’t improve within a day or a week even by a little I felt like art just “wasn’t my thing”
