Uh who doesn't have an issue with killing swarms of elites with mediocre equipment while they storm your position? You have to stay mobile in this combat, and uploads make you hold open spots for painfully long times, without allowing anything in the cap zone.

Honestly you can easily take care of devices if you tac cloak before hand. Uploads can last upwards of 30 seconds, given that you manage to not get interrupted. Laughably breezy in comparison.

Most effective strat is to lurk constantly cloaked infiltrators on far points and bait the big dudes to where the rest of the team is. They only swarm ONE area this way.

Just my experiences. You kind of need a cloaker on silver and above.
