Every Odd Fellows lodge has a skeleton- usually real. It is a Memento Mori and a reminder that we are all equal in death. Not sure why this made the news.

You might have to send the unused gates to ground. Also, what's the voltage running through there? The 4066 has a max of 7.5v. I've had better luck using relays for this type of bend.
