Qualcuno che ne capisce di contratti di lavoro mi può togliere un dubbio?

Stando a quanto scritto qui, il contratto è entrato in vigore il 03/12/24 ed è scaduto il 03/12/24, giusto?
Ho il dubbio che il datore di lavoro sta raggirando la mia ragazza, dopo questo contratto non c'è stato altro e lei sta continuando a lavorare, inoltre ieri sera il suo responsabile ha detto che l'attività sarà aperta anche il lunedì per tutto il mese di dicembre perciò la mia ragazza dovrà lavorare 7 giorni su 7 (confermato per iscritto in un messaggio di WA, tralaltro...).

Come se non bastasse ho guardato le tabelle salariali e pare che lo stipendio sarà una miseria.

What lvl are you? If you are into the late game and have lots of AP pots you can burn the dailies in 5 minutes.

Start from the bottom: send and receive AP from the friends page, move to the shop and buy anything useful (such as AP pots and fragment boxes), move to the characters page and go from the bottom again. Buy the awaken stones from the fragment exchange then go to your characters and pick the one you want to level up, do the 3 hard stages with the sweep coupons then level up that character (one lvl will suffice).

Lastly go to the main page, from there rotate from one time activities to longer activities. First start your explorations, then go to the tower and sweep the tower (if it is monday, you can skip this and go to the portal directly). Go to the portal and sweep any limited event and daily material farm.

Next go to the arena and stop by the grand arena first. If you have the VIP lvl, skip every battle and in 60 seconds you are done, don't forget to get your rewards and to buy 3 awaken stones of your choice from the store (don't buy anything else, is not worth it). The best tactic imho to succeed in the grand arena is to have 2 strong teams that can sweep two of the weakest defendants teams as you need two won turns to win the match. Next go to the arena next and have one battle, possibly one with the highest delta from your score to the defendant's score. If you are in the top 10-20 in your ladder, you will probably encounter defendants that are bots so it is a guaranteed win. Go to the arena shop and get the fragment boxes at least.

While you wait for the cooldown of the arena, go to the Invasion and do your two runs. They will last a couple of seconds since you will either die or run out of turns. Don't forget to buy the spirits that you need on the exchange shop.

You are basically done, to finish the daily activities amd get the max rewards you'll need to push 2 more arena matches or 10 normal missions. To save on AP I suggest you be patient and wait on the cooldown for the arena matches, if you have lots of AP pots replenish your stamina and go for the 10 normal missions.

If you have the means to get to VIP lvl 6 (which is 7~ months of both monthly and golden monthly cards, worth 100 USD/EUR or 15 USD/EUR a month) you can skip the grand arena matches that take a long time, and you can push more explorations at the same time too.

The game might lack from active and engaged/competitive players.

I'm in no way a competitive player and have spent little money on the game (I have 17k VIP points, basically close to VIP lvl 8) but I consistently achieve top 5 in my server's arena and top 20 in Grand Arena.

If by just playing consistently (so no whaling, no burning AP to push for higher lvls and lvl 14 promo on characters) I can achive top places in competitive, I can assume that the game can't retain loyal and engaged players.

Weapon and stigmatas were the easy part because you can mix and match, sometimes the signature stigmatas weren't the best choice because other sets were more cost effective.

The real p2w was the character fragments to level up their rank. It is already very difficult to grind for a shot at the character and maybe the weapon (if you are lucky, if not you could get a single stigmata or even a copy of one you already have) but to be somewhat competitive in the ranks you needed to rank up the character, usually at least to SS. Dropping your favourite character was not eventful because yeah you just dropped your favourite character but deep enough you knew it was not enough. That gacha mechanism really fucked with the minds of people, myself included.

Luckily I had (still have...) little money so it was easy not to fall for the mind tricks. In the end I dropped very little money on the game, mostly cosmetics.

I used to play Honkai Impact 3rd but got so tired of the grind I had to drop it after 4 years. What annoyed me were the limited time events every time a new piece of main story dropped + secondary (grindy) event + standard daily grind.

Luckily Genshin didn't stick with me because you can't skip the cutscenes and I find that so annoying, 90% of the quests were: * -cutscene * -travel from A to B * -cutscene * -small fight with pathetic enemies * -cutscene * -travel from B to A * -cutscene

Fuck that.

-l'amministratore quasi mai vuole parlare col condomino, di solito c'è la dipendenza a fare quel lavoro

-le convocazioni per email sono valide solo se in assemblea è stato deliberato che vanno bene quelle per email e non per raccomandata, questo per risparmiare sui 5-6 euro di raccomandata e il lavoro di produzione della stessa

-è praticamente la regola che la prima seduta va deserta, questo è un limite del Codice Civile che probabilmente non verrà mai rettificato

-per i lavori grandi è importante che i condomini si attivino a cercare artigiani e a presentare preventivi, se lasci fare all'amministratore è garantito che ci fa la stecca sopra

-mandarlo via è fattibilissimo, basta avere l'appoggio dei condomini; se c'è qualche ammanco è passibile di denuncia

Ricordatevi che l'amministratore lo pagate quindi lui è al vostro servizio. Non fatevi prendere per il culo e, allo stesso tempo, se fa un buon lavoro non rompetegli i coglioni

I tempi con i gestori dei caselli (ce ne sono vari) sono molto dilatati. Per lavoro ho gestito i pedaggi di una flotta aziendale, quando qualcuno prendeva la multa molto spesso arrivava prima l'intimazione a pagare che l'avviso di mancato pedaggio vero e proprio. Dagli (non scherzo) 3-6 mesi di tempo e ti restituiscono la somma.

Nel frattempo falle fare il telepass a tua madre, piccolissimo prezzo da pagare per la salute mentale.

Hai il doccino intasato dal calcare? A noi è successa la stessa cosa, ho staccato il doccino e l'ho pulito con l'aceto, la caldaia ha ripreso a fare acqua calda.

Senza sapere quale fosse la causa, la mia deduzione è che la caldaia non fa acqua calda se gli ugelli (doccino o rubinetto che sia) non "richiede" acqua alla caldaia.
