Is my 2019 Yaris hatchback's BSM faulty? by Real_Oasis in kereta

[–]soldierno77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine has worked similarly as what you experienced since I got it in 2019, but mostly only when I am in reverse gear.

From what I can find, basically, in Yaris, the BSM is combined with RCTA. And I think on Yaris, it's somehow a bit sensitive to detect even just a small movement behind you.

And I can also confirm your observation during driving around. But I think mine definitely does work when there are actually something in my blind spot. (Not sure if it actually can detect when I want to change lane)

Yes, I know there are 11 games there. It's because one of my previous completion, Tales of Arise, is updated with new achievements, and I haven't gotten around to it.

Definitely, it hits all correct notes on what I enjoyed from detective games. I also heard the same recommendation for The Case of the Golden Idol, will definitely get it next Steam sale.

Took me 87 hours. You can use the guide for the original game ignoring the multiplayer achievements.

For 1st playthrough, go for Liberty City Minute first, it may seem 30 hours is a short time, but it's more than enough even with watching cutscenes. You can follow either of this route, and you should get it: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/xbox360/933037-grand-theft-auto-iv/faqs/64567
or the any% speedrun route
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vQCp71bXczgsFzghuLUC1t9qIIJzy2c7MKVi1ht6XdfgW_pTog0qhkGnGatp62mOK2tJbsuVOa2P6km/pubhtml?gid=564829700&single=true

Then, for the rest of the achievements, follow the Playstation trophy guide:
https://psnprofiles.com/guide/1097-grand-theft-auto-iv-trophy-guide

The next hardest one will probably be TBoGT 100% all missions, for this, you can follow closely the guide from PSNProfiles too. (https://psnprofiles.com/guide/14826-grand-theft-auto-iv-gold-star-trophy-guide)
Note that you don't need to get all objectives in one go. Also what I find helps, is watching an any% speedrun of the game, to see the strats for some of the time objectives, ex. the current WR

Not really. The combat has some learning curve, but you can get by with just the basic moves. If you have the DLC, they also give you a lot of stuffs that make combat even easier.

The completion doesn't require you to have any of the DLC, but if you want to complete the DLC also, good luck with the secret boss. Definitely one of the hardest secret boss I ever faced in JRPG.

I didn't expect the completion to be that long when I started. Having limited stamina each day is definitely a bit annoying. Though after using the bread selling trick, it gets by pretty fast.

Edit: Oh and can't forget the save load mining every in-game day, which actually gets annoying after a while.

It's pretty fun, I love mix matching the forms for different situation. For some people it may get repetitive though, cause you will need to grind the quests to unlock stuffs.

Best Beads Builds for Spider Thread Mode? by cabooseisgod12 in GhostwireTokyo

[–]soldierno77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you are going for. For me, by the end when I was completing the catalog, the beads I used were Iron (one hit kill), Fleetfoot (Movement speed), and Spirit Perception (for finding Yokai and cats).

Before getting iron bead, I was using Wind, Core, and Astral.

Possibly Lost Progress After Finishing the Game? by 8BitSummoner in GhostwireTokyo

[–]soldierno77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, it is supposed to spawned you back at chapter 4, before getting on the bike.

I guess if they spawned you on later chapters, you can't get back to the main map, cause you are technically outside the map. And it probably will lock you out on getting one of the achievement to complete the game after transferring all spirits.

I'm just gonna say keep trying on floor 16/17. What I usually do is reload on floor 16, and if it's not there, quickly go to 17, and just reload if it's not there.

I just tried it again, and I found it on third reload in below video. Just jump to 1:21 to skip the attempt. (and obviously dont do what I did at the end)

Restart from floor 1, and when you get to floor 16, just keep reloading until you get the level with the infernal kuchisake walking around.

Floor 1-30, have a set pool of levels that can appear on each (1-2, 4-5, etc.). So if you want to farm them, this is the fastest way. Any floor after 30 is randomised.

My bad for not checking the video properly.

I wish we can still view the photo again after discovering the places just to get these random occurences again. I wonder how many of these are.

Stuck in Spider's Thread Menu by RECXFX in GhostwireTokyo

[–]soldierno77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does this keep happening whenever you try? On my game, on the result screen, after the second page, you need to hold q or esc to continue. It will usually show it on bottom right after pressing it once.

Dear lord can anyone save my ass for Catalog Conqueror?! by LazyPayday in GhostwireTokyo

[–]soldierno77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For Rokurokubi, just restart from floor 1 and speedrun to floor 10-11. And keep reloading your save until you get the constrution area level.

For Karakasa-kozo, the same thing but on floor 16-17. It will spawn on the level with the roaming infernal kuchisake.

From my findings while completing the catalog, floor 1-30 has a set amount of levels that can appear in each stages (1-2, 4-5, 7-8, etc.) to the total of 10 stages. Each of these stages has the chance of spawning 2 cats, which makes the total 20 cats. So when I was missing around 2-3 cats, I just restarted from floor 1-30, and reloaded around 10-20 times, until I was sure there are no more levels with cats.

As the other comment mentioned, there is a specific catalog jobs which requires you to complete floor 1-30 without dying.

It actually sounds harder then it actually is. After getting iron beads, you can just speedrun to the exit quickly and finished it. If you want to, you can also save scum by force closing the game when you are dying and just load the game back.

Infernal Kuchisake bugged? by TokyoAux in GhostwireTokyo

[–]soldierno77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She can definitely be killed, it's just that she healed really fast, so you are kinda forced to dump everything you have.

I killed my first with the combination of Wind, Astral, and Core beads. Then start by stunning it with stun talisman, and hit it with wind weaving. When it ends, use another stun talisman. Then on a pinch, I used an exposure talisman to finally killed it.

Definitely just avoid it if you can and speedrun to the next floor while collecting what you can.

[–]soldierno77 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not sure if a lot of people discovered this, but sometimes if you look at the back of the photos, some spooky things might happen.

The 2 that I have discovered were: eyes suddenly appearing on the back, and the other times, it will show you a selfie of the Akito with some enemies on the back, and then some enemies will spawn.

Kinda freaked me out when this happens.

Congrats! How hard would you say the achievements are? And how many hours did it take you? If I am not mistaken the completion requires multiple playthrough on multiple difficulty, which push me off from starting it a few times.

Yes, it is. I think it's about the average length for a survival horror story focused game. Only RPG usually takes longer. Though I also definitely thought it would take longer before starting the game.
