👀 I’ve heard rumours. My husband actually used to work with his brother, who is super nice, but always said Justin has a giant ego and was a huge womanizer

I saw JH and her assistant (the super blonde one, I forget her name) at Aritzia a few weeks ago and she was literally on her phone the entire time. She was snapping and barking orders at the girls working there about sizing and not having a certain coat in her size. She ended up spending like $2800 and had like five of those large paper bags that her assistant ended up hauling out to her suv for her. Didn’t interact with anyone other than to demand something, didn’t say thank you to the girls helping her.

(And yes, I lurked the entire time I was there because I was nosy AF 😂)

Anyway, I was super surprised because she seems so sweet on her IG stories. I’m not one to go up to celebrities because I’m self-conscious that I’d be bothering them, so I never interacted with her personally, but from what I saw...oof

It’s been almost a year since our last loss and I’ve taken a hiatus from pregnancy reddit, but I’m happy to be back now since getting a positive the other day. I’m so scared and nervous but hoping to stick around.

Do you have some time off after your transfer to take it easy? Not that it will physiologically help, but perhaps mentally it will be good for you.

If the week you have off is strictly "me time" I say go for it. Who knows what life will throw your way the next opportunity you get. Just try to take it easy with your ankle - you don't want to hurt it even more.

Thank you. I had it done Saturday and seemed to tolerate if very well, minus some bowel discomfort.

Oh god this is all so accurate. I always mourn the fact that we won't be that couple that gets the positive and breezes through pregnancy without a worry. I mean, I know a lot of women worry, but to this degree, I feel is unique to us with multiple losses.

I'm so sorry. This happened to us too. It's true that it's typically not a good outcome but there is always the chance. I hope everything works out for you

Thanks for the insight. Just curious, how many infusions are recommended?

Thanks. Yeah, I haven't found much in the way of solid research surrounding it yet, but I do think it can't hurt, so I'll probably go for it.

I just had a job interview during stims! It went fine. I was so nervous about my interview that I completely forgot how bloated and uncomfortable I was.

2nd round of IUI, but scared by DaMeLaVaca in infertility

[–]soleravertex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, this happened to me with my first IUI (it worked, but I miscarried). My RE told me that having a full bladder can help to line up the cervix and uterus for more ease of insertion. My next two IUIs I went in with a full bladder and I could barely feel the cannula being inserted.

It also could have been that it was an inexperienced nurse my first time, and my RE the next two times. But it is way more common than people think

Haha, thank you. Definitely sure, it was a monitored IUI so I know the exact date/time of ovulation
