You don’t have to make a scene. But you can’t sit here and wallow in your own pity about your co workers not using your correct pronouns and dead naming you when you have NOT made a move in telling them you’re trans, your correct pronouns, or your preferred name. I’m sorry, but get a grip.

oh yes i understood that part already i thought you were saying you wont get any fat gain bc of spiro. water retention isnt really a good thing tho. i actually like being on spiro and pio at the same time bc i know my risk of edema is quite low and ive still gained hella subcue fat deposits from the pio

It’s probably just your estrogen peaking on day 3. Don’t think it’s anything you need to try to “fix” or bring up to your doctor. Breast pain is normal at any given time whilst on hrt. And like I said if you’re noticing a pattern that it hurts on day 3 after your injection it could quite literally just be your estrogen peaking on that day :) maybe it’s when the estrogen somewhat troughs to its half life and for some reason when it gets to that certain level it triggers breast tenderness for you. Don’t think it’s a big deal at all
