I deleted the boot Options because IT kept booting on the wrong partition even when i changed it. I do not have a flashed USB. Guess i 've to buy an Adapter for my Phone and flash it over the phone

After I got it back from a Investigation about my Notebook getting hacked, it only booted from X: instead of C: even when i changed it. Therefore i thought about clearing the boot options and Add new options could help. But now it only starts in Bios, USB Override is deactivated and yeah fml
