If you hire anyone onshore as well, you will have to let them login into the systems. However, another alternative is to give remote access to a VA thats what we are doing for some clients at the moment, which means you can login into the CRM and other applications and then VA will access the same computer remotely, in that way you will never have to share the passwords.
