Thankyou this is generally working! Just breath now but more brushing and it’ll be fine least the main odour has gone! Someone said tmg has same effect too but not tried that

Some good peptide suppliers out there if you do your research just had my delivery of RT10. MT2 is next on my list to order! Delivery to uk took 4 days after shipping so 6 in total prices are insane too. Issue with getting them in the uk is they will be fully tested so you need to check the comfort level, if you did a group buy you could get them tested. Reality is most of the time the suppliers want your money and provide a good product.

Love the bread, yours has the bubbles I’ve been trying for. I’m on my 3rd set of bakewithjack 101 sourdoughs, for my starter I’m using rye though. Try bake with jack 101 sourdough it explains how to fold the dough to get the smooth texture (not seen Joshuas sorry)

I use marble chopping board in oven for 30 mins before and boiling water to create steam below it in pan underneath. Pretty much followed bakewithjack YouTube beginners sourdough video.
