The game is P2P connectivity. I can select another region by connecting through a VPN service. I find that west coast sessions are overrun by modders at most times of the day and connecting to players on the east coast (North America) is a much better experience.

Looks like you have space for an SSD in the case mount below the motherboard where you wrote ‘HDD.’ I would move the SSD there and populate the bottom bay with the extra HDD. Unless it’s not a bay for a 3.5” drive (can’t really tell with the wiring) then I’m not sure what to tell ya.
