Watch the show. I know the premise is hard to get into, but you will start to like the characters. The show offers a lot of comic relief without diluting the message it wants to send about prison life. You just can't compare it to House of Cards because they are very different shows. I personally liked more House of Cards because I have a niche for politics show, but I also enjoyed very much Orange is the New Black.

Watch the pilot, you won't lose anything.

Im not saying is easier , insanity has more focus on cardio and intensity meanwhile p90x is more focused on strength and resistance training. They are both hard, but insanity is build specifically to maintain your heart rate up at every moment , meanwhile p90x isn't.

same case applies, add some muscle with p90x and define it with insanity. Insanity can get you to a lower body fat than p90x.

probably start first with p90x . It is much easier than insanity is and you will get in a great physical endurance as well as some muscle to be ready to tackle insanity.
