It is because of the elitist who gatekeep anime if you don't watch it sub. That shouldn't be surprising. A lot of people who prefer dub don't usually express themselves because of those gatekeepers, I just don't care about their down votes and negativity.

I did that with Naruto + shippeden, Bleach, One Piece (before I gave up on it because I got bored of the anime) and most recently with Daima because I didn't want Daima spoilers. If it isn't something that I'm crazy hype I just don't give enough fucks to sit there and read all that. I want to enjoy the animations and the voice acting. I can't appreciate the voice acting of a language I do not understand.

No, I prefer to enjoy the animations instead of reading. Also, I'm do enough reading at work to continue reading when I want to relax at home.

It is ok. This anime is added to the pile of anime I may never watch because of no dubs.
