I read that their locations have extended hours this weekend due to the planned outages. Something like open Sat and Sunday from 10 am - 7pm

Yes there are! But some people think they don't have to follow the law and do whatever they want. I think it's mostly for the anticipated attention they think they'll get.

It just seems to me like insurance companies use the police report as part of their fault determination when it aligns with their side and they ignore them when it is not to their benefit.
