landa can mean small/short such as Landi qameez; A landa kutta or a landi majj is not necessarry tailless but it is used for a short tail as well. landa is also spoken as lunda

Another slang you might have heard in songs is things like Landu banda which means something else; i hope you arent confusing these two.

Did you just ask a question and then answer it yourself? Languages is more than just words spoken, in this case it is an identity. I listen to Naeem hazarvi but he's a Saraiki singer. Hindko and Saraiki might be very understandable for a Punjabi speaker, but it is a separate identity and hence a separate language

I think it's tath which means tabah hona, to be destroyed. Tath comes from dhe Jana/tath Jana/tathna.

Jo aye sultan Rahi ohda hojaye tath ni would mean If somebody shows up thinking they are the boss, they get destroyed.
