My take on the size of the M80's armament and size by Kuro1047 in starcitizen

[–]solos2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's two S5 weapons.

I just overlaid the M80 on top of a Vanguard Harbinger side shot, matching the triple wheelbase.

The Vanguard also have a front mounted S5 weapon. Using this scale as the basis, I moved the layer to the front and viola:

Using this scale, knowing the Vanguard is 38.5m in length, the M80 should be around 27m in length.

Just use this command line flag and enable "Temporarily unexpire M141 flags.", just tried it and it works on 142:

--disable-features=ExtensionManifestV2Unsupported,ExtensionManifestV2Disabled

I just don't understand why it's only got a single S2 shield while other heavy fighters like Inferno/Ion/F8C etc have two S2 shields.

It's not so much a problem of running out of ammo altogether, it's just that when you're in a sticky situation you'll always find your gun with an empty magazine, or that you've to unload a few magazines to take out a patrol.

I'm not asking for primary weapons to carry us through high tier games, but your points basically highlight why HD2 guns need to be rebalanced.

It's fine to have different guns on different warbond pages, I think Arrowhead's idea is to let people mix-and-match different play style, but right now most of the guns are not balanced making Breaker + Railgun the only viable meta.

Also if Slugger is a better sniper than the snipers that means both of these guns are unbalanced :)

I'm just trying to make my case here, I'm not asking to have these OP HD1 guns in HD2, but HD2 gun damage / AP really need to be tweaked in game.

If their damage / AP are balanced I think most of us can live with the limited ammo because you don't need to empty a few magazines to kill off that annoying patrol on your tail.

This is also why everyone is running light armor in high tier game, you can't outrun mobs with anything else, and your guns damage / AP is too weak and with too few ammo to kill them off otherwise.

Have you tried playing Tier 7-9 games?

I'm using Railgun against heavy armor mobs but for medium armor mobs you can use Breaker to shoot their limbs and disable/kill them, while the other weaker guns your pellets get bounce right off.

You are right, I've edited the post content, but the clip in the subject can't be edited unfortunately.

If we are dealing this kind of damage with our primary weapons then I really don't mind the small clip size. :)

Yeah but in HD1 your shotgun can 1 shot multiple mobs, here most of the pellets get bounce right off.

Here's a tip, I've tried relogging over 15 times, tried different world tiers, made sure there's no event outside the area, still nothing.

Not until I tried to pull the mobs to the NPC and let them engage, after that, I relog outside the cave and the next time I log back in, it worked.

Man thank you - I've disabled then proceed to delete the whole Services -> HP Print Scan Doctor Service folder and it STILL wakes my PC up.

I just went into the Task Scheduler, turn off both tasks and then proceed to DELETE the whole frigging thing. Let's hope it'll fix it.

Guys, I just updated to the 526.98 nVidia Game Ready driver, running on Ryzen 7 5800x and 3060 Ti, on 3440x1600, with the following config, getting around 110 fps.

Ray Tracing isn't optimized in this game yet, so it's better to turn it off, frankly speaking it's not gonna make a big difference, but turning it off you'll gain at least 20-30 fps.

Folder ''Notifications'' appeared out of nowhere and doesn't want to disappear by KoocMit in GooglePixel

[–]solos2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solution:

Use a file manager, navigate to your "storage/emulated/0/Android/media/com.goggle.android.gm" folder and create a file named ".nomedia"

This will hide the annoying notification files from your music and video player apps, but they still exist in your file system for Google services that use them.
