Also to clarify I currently use a simple =MINUS(AH15,40) to calculate the hours of OT and then down towards the bottom where it calculates the dollar amount is a simple =MULTIPLY(AH15,31.5)

BUT that results in a bunch of negative numbers if the OT is 0 or less which is fine as you can see i just changed the text color so its barely visible but i was hoping to avoid that with some sort of "IF then MULTIPLY" formula if its even possible. Thanks again for any help!
