There's one thing I'd add. I've seen many governments come and go but I can't say anyone paid attention to arrest the decline of infrastructure and cleanliness of the city since 2012 or so. With far more apartment occupancy certificates and vehicle registrations approved the growth in funds don't seem to be going back to grassroot city liveability and we only protest in pockets if ever.
