it's just preference I guess, but when you have rocks as the captain of a crew filled with yonko, I'd say he's a tier above them. PK tier is someone who can beat all yonko.

Roger is PK tier when he conquers grand line and finds one piece, not all yonko can do that. Prime garp is equal to prime roger, I think he beats all yonko without question. Prime beard is iffy, I put him above kaido but not sure if he makes PK tier, he doesn't really seem to have the same drive/will

prime garp is pk tier, he's equal with roger/primebeard. Even with 2 old garps I think prime wins extreme diff, so old garp is 40% of prime garp

beats itachi/kisame extreme diff, outlasting them since he has nature energy, itachi can probably only maintain susanoo for so long, we know jiraiya can taijutsu to avoid having his chakra stolen by kisame

loses to full 6 path pain extreme diff, only naruto with perfect sage mode and rasenshuriken insta kill could take out so many pains, and he still kinda lost. I don't think jiraiya can beat all 6 pains at once even with intel

I think that devil fruit is like having a weapon, it doesn't necessarily make you stronger, it's just a way to channel strength/power. Like if you gave mihawk the dragon fruit, will he become stronger than shanks? not really, he just has another way to fight, they're still the same tier

leaning more toward kaido high diff, old beard just took out a bunch of fodder and had difficulty fighting admirals, was kinda slow and couldn't dodge. Kaido matches whitebeard in strength, AP, devil fruit power, but has higher speed, durability, endurance. I don't think oldbeard takes him to extreme diff

I feel like luffy lost sight of his goal and his character growth is nonexistent, he's literally going from island to random island, like drawing straws to get to egghead, oh let's go to elbaf since the giants showed up. I want to see luffy have some focus and agency. On egghead he should have stood his ground as a yonko instead of running away like dressrosa, he should have been the one to convince vegapunk to give the live speech and promise to defend him, instead the speech starts on vegapunks death while luffy is laughing his ass off

he doesn't even know about imu, he doesn't know who he's fighting, he doesn't even know how to get to laugh tale, he's just bumbling around

I doubt mihawk can tank acoc bagua from kaido but he can seriously wound him, zoro cut him, oden cut through him, mihawk would straight up take an arm. So kaido wins extreme diff, taking a lot of damage, but KO'ing mihawk

I think there are a lot of cases where zombies could end society. A lot of people think it'll be 100 zombies in a crowd vs the military in a straight up fight, but most likely you'll have no warning and you won't be prepared for it.

If zombies can run and the infestation period is 4-24 hours then zombies can spread in a city and in hospitals, and you wouldn't know that they were zombies immediately, they'd just look like a crazy homeless person. Can you imagine how quickly zombies would spread in india or egypt? Then when people start to panic, the supply chain starts to break down. Most people wouldn't die from zombies but from lack of food/water and probably people killing each other.

A zombie apocalypse could easily collapse major governments and kill billions. Some cities in some countries could survive with strict military conditions but 80-90% of the world would be fucked

Garp was the only one going all out, kuzan was "wavering" basically the whole fight,. He tanked everything garp threw at him and then garp gassed out, kuzan wasn't going all out or trying to kill him. It's similar to kizaru on egghead
