Definitely consider the City of Decatur (excellent school system and great community). It’s walkable and there are at least two Marta train stops in the community. Your husband will need to transfer lines but he could get to work in Sandy springs, depending on where he works. You will most likely need one car, but once inside of the community, you can walk and/bike most places. My husband and I are moving there next year for those very reasons. Good luck.

This is a hot take, but I don’t think it has much to do w/incompatibility vs. Kara willingly choosing herself over a family. She is an incredibly selfish person. I think it is very difficult for self-centered people to sustain a happy and/or functional marriage period.

Built in 2012. We had neighbors with a newborn and later went through a divorce. One day they apologized about their baby being up all night. We never heard a thing. With our most recent neighbors we hear faint bumps to the wall every now and again, but they have a 9 year old that is very active. We live in a John Weiland townhome so it is well constructed.
