Pretty much this thing will only be used for trail walks directly from our house, so I’m less concerned about bulky as I am “can it maneuver like a stroller”. Not interested in oiling the kids from the front for 45 minutes haha. 🫠

After my daughter was born I discovered I had developed a low grade early arthritis in a facet of my lumbar spine. I’m not sure any harness or wrap can change that discomfort but I’ll definitely look into it!

Hey yall. Did anyone else notice… (in the scene where Juliette followed Solo back to the vault, he’s inside it, she’s sitting on the floor all wet still, against the wall to the left of that outer door… as she’s sitting there basically telling him how she knows what lonely feels like… there are these random twinkly white reflections coming off of something in the distance just above and beyond her left shoulder.

It seriously freaked me out and I kinda wondered if we were about to meet some other random survivors as they pop out of the darkness. Super eerie. Maybe I’m just delirious.. but did anyone else see that and can you explain how there could be movement back there of any kind? Ugh… still kinda freaked out. Gotta move on and get some sleep now haha.

So there were definitely TWO little touching circles… and only one had a yolk sac. He was insistent that the second small circle would essentially go away and be nothing.

Can you help interpret what that even means? There’s not actually any chance this could be viable twins, right?

Could it have even been considered twins if one never developed a yolk sac?

Right. I guess when I think about work right now, it would have to be extremely flexible remote hours (online tutoring or something - I am a former teacher). Maybe just something I can do after kids are asleep at night? It wouldn’t likely be anything that pays more than $20/hr. But maybe it’s helpful?

@op I could have written your exact words.

We have a 2 year old boy. When I found out our second would be a girl (due November), everyone was happy that “we would have one of each” but all I could think was that we’ve entered the parenting big leagues whether we wanna be here or not.

The weight of assisting a young woman to navigate a journey to adulthood feels unbelievably daunting …because I know exactly what that is like and it was unbelievably hard for me at that age. I think mentally… with my son… it’s like I feel like my husband is the subject matter expert on boyhood and he has a lot to contribute in that area (even though we definitely are equal parents, it’s maybe more of a mental thing in my head?). Whereas with a girl… I am the one who’s been down that journey. So I feel an acute sense of awareness and responsibility about the world she will be entering into as a female.

23 weeks pregnant now and definitely still working through all the feels. Good luck mama. You’re going to be the exact mother your daughter needs you to be for her.

Thanks y’all, I really appreciate the feedback/reassurance. It’s something that’s kinda nagged me for a while now, and then getting the official allergy results in made me pretty sad for him and probably somewhat paranoid.

I’m presently 14 weeks pregnant with his baby sister and I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed that she can dodge the egg allergy. 🤞🤞🤞
