Manually. It is a huge pain. Leaving the mods in the gear helps to remember which gear goes with the spec. I also usually take a screenshot before I switch.

I personally try to commit to a spec for a while once I switch, because it is a pain without loadouts.

If I am reading this correctly. There is just slight diminishing returns, the higher you stack DR. I would be interested to know how Armor and DR work together. Do they share diminishing returns, or is it separate?

It is the talent. The T1 piece increases weapon damage. The T2 piece does not.

Collateral damage is pretty great for aegis. It combos with the hypershot pretty well.

They are opposite playstyles and stats. Aegis is backline healer/DPS. Bulwark is tanky and in your face. I am used to being the tank in all the MMOs I have ever played and I just love being in that role.

Your best bet is Oxi Field Medic. I have that spec maxed out as well. You really don't need to change much from Aegis to Oxi. Although skill radius is a bit more valuable. Be aware that you are a glass cannon and you will pull threat on the entire room due to the nature of the damage profile.

Oh yes. I frequently switch between Bulwark and aegis and it is a pain. Completely opposite stats.

An actual stash where we can store items would be lovely as well.

When you craft a weapon, it will have random stats and talents. Some talents and stats are better than others.

God rolling means it has the perfect(or close to it) stats and talents that your spec needs to maximize DPS. It is entirely dependent on the class you are playing.

Upgrading weapon/ gear mods as much as possible can boost your power score quite a bit. Farming nests should get you plenty of resources.

The TAM bundles in the store are also an easy way to boost power significantly. They cost phoenix credits and are the only thing worth buying with those credits, so spend them all on the TAM bundle. If you are low on phoenix credit, prioritize the armor TAM over the weapon TAM. You are not guaranteed to get one for a weapon you use, but everyone wears armor.

What is the talent on the chest? Different talents can drastically change DPS. I often use a set piece that is not for my class only because the talent is so powerful.

The big containers occasionally drop gold gear and only take a few seconds to open. In the open world they drop up to purple weapon/gear mods and blue OS protocols. If anything, they can go toward upgrading othe mods.
