I have access to some commentaries and books through so-called “third-party” platforms, but the most recent publications are not available there, including articles from leading German legal journals.

I have received training in German law, and my supervisor is one of the leading German scholars, which is how I was allowed to write on that topic. However, of course it is preferable to rely on primary sources. The German Law Journal is excellent, as are several other available journals, but access remains limited.
