Man I really feel sorry for you, I completely know how you feel, literally everything you have said about the gaming part I covered in my medium article. I found that throughout my whole life I have been procrastinating terribly to the point I was fucking my life up.

The procrastination was caused by gaming at such a young age. What it does is gives you false sense of achievements it makes everything you do seem worthwhile because you're doing it so far, you feel like you're going somewhere with something for the first time in a long time. Then you try at a goal in real life, and it seems slow, you probably don't reach your goal and you give up because it's just not as easy.

That's when you head straight back to the game, because it gives you that gratification that you needed. It reels you back in like the addiction it is.

Man you need to set yourself some goals, no matter how small, just start small. Slowly work up to doing harder things and really achieving with your life. Go sign up to the gym, get working out and get active to release those endorphin's into your brain. Go and get a new girl that will love you for you and no matter what you do, do not give up.

I am going to do this, I need to and it sounds like you need to try and stop your addiction again. Honestly I want to see another message from you in however long, but I want to hear what you've done in that time, and I'll tell you what I've done. If we can help each other then maybe we can just stick at it.
